India's December vegetable oil imports rise 8 pc: SEA data

India's vegetable oil imports saw an eight percent jump in December 2025. This rise was driven by higher shipments of soyabean and sunflower oils. Despite this monthly increase, total imports for the first two months of the oil year are down. Palm oil imports declined, while crude palm oil and sunflower oil saw significant gains.
