Jammu temperature: Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing severe cold as temperatures have dropped across the Valley. In Jammu, the minimum temperature was recorded at 3.8 degrees Celsius and dense fog was witnessed during early morning hours on Tuesday. On January 18 and 19, Jammu might witness generally cloudy skies with light rainfall, according to the IMD forecast.
