Mid-air scare: Bird strike forces Bengaluru-bound IndiGo flight to land in Varanasi

An IndiGo flight from Gorakhpur to Bengaluru made an emergency landing at Varanasi airport Sunday evening following a bird strike. The pilot skillfully landed the aircraft carrying 216 passengers safely. A technical check revealed minor damage to the plane's nose. Passengers were accommodated on a new flight while repairs commenced.
