Forest staff assure ex gratia to kin of W S’bhum man killed by rogue elephant

Forest officials visited the family of Prakash Tanti, a villager tragically killed by a rogue elephant, offering financial support and immediate relief for funeral rites. The state government provides Rs 4 lakh compensation for such fatalities. The elephant, responsible for multiple deaths, has since moved into Odisha.
