The No. 1 Transfer Recruit in the Country Announces Decision

The NCAA transfer portal is roaring, and on Monday, former Arizona State quarterback Sam Leavitt, the top transfer recruit in the country, made his decision.

Leavitt, who is the No. 1 overall player in the portal according to 247Sports and ESPN, is reportedly headed to LSU. ESPN's Pete Thamel broke the news earlier today.

"Leavitt’s pick comes after trips to Kentucky, Tennessee and Miami," Thamel writes.
