Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut accused the ruling BJP and NCP of resorting to hooliganism and giving election tickets to relatives of alleged criminals. Meanwhile, rival NCP factions released a joint manifesto for Pune Municipal Corporation elections, promising to address traffic, healthcare, water supply, and affordable public transport, including free bus and metro travel.
