UCLA football keeps tapping into the transfer portal

LOS ANGELES — UCLA has yet to take its foot off the transfer portal pedal.

Saturday was yet another day of full speed ahead on transfer commitments – hauling in another five players – to bring the Bruins’ total from the transfer portal to 30 players. As of Saturday afternoon, UCLA ranks 19th in the 247Sports ranking and 12th on On3’s ranking of transfer portal recruiting classes.

The highest-profile commit of the bunch came Saturday afternoon when South Carolina wide receiver transfer Brian Rowe Jr.
