Flames halt 4-game skid, cool off red-hot Penguins
Matt Coronato scored to break a third-period tie and sparked the visiting Calgary Flames to a 2-1 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday.
Connor Zary also tallied for the Flames, who snapped a four-game skid.
Goaltender Devin Cooley delivered a sparkling 27-save performance while making his first start since Dec. 20, especially in the third period when he stopped all 12 shots he faced.
Egor Chinakhov scored for the Penguins, who saw their six-game winning streak snapped.
