4 held in Bhubaneswar for b’day cake cutting with sword in public

Four men were arrested in Bhubaneswar for celebrating a birthday by cutting a cake with a sword, causing panic in a residential area. The accused allegedly hurled abuses, created a ruckus, and recorded the incident for social media. Police seized the sword and booked the habitual offender and his associates under the BNS and Arms Act.
