All candidates to undergo face authentication at exam centres: UPSC

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will implement face authentication for all candidates appearing in its recruitment examinations to enhance the integrity of the selection process. A successful pilot program using AI-enabled facial recognition technology for the NDA and CDS examinations has already streamlined candidate verification to an average of 8-10 seconds per person.
