I-PAC raids: Bengal moves Supreme Court as case escalates

The West Bengal government has approached the Supreme Court. This follows Enforcement Directorate raids on political consultancy firm I-PAC. The state seeks to prevent any orders without its hearing. The ED is investigating a coal pilferage scam. It alleges Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee removed evidence during the raids. Banerjee denies the accusations.
