Another life claimed by elephant in Hazaribag, toll rises to 2

A rogue elephant in Hazaribag has claimed its second victim, a farmer identified as Ganesh Gope, who was trampled to death while stepping out of his home. This incident follows a similar attack on Thursday, leaving villagers in panic. Forest officials are working to safely guide the elephant back into the forest and have initiated compensation for the deceased's family.
