Though terminating a pregnancy has been outlawed or drastically restricted in 20 states since Roe v. Wade fell in 2022, it’s legal in New York through the 24th week with liberal exceptions after that. If you’re on Medicaid, the procedure or pills can be covered. You likely want to go to Planned Parenthood, where you won’t be judged.
