Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (Rims) in Ranchi has launched a new system for immediate issuance of birth and death certificates upon registration. This initiative aims to alleviate the distress of grieving families and new parents by eliminating waiting periods, procedural hurdles, and the involvement of middlemen.
