UN forecasts 10% drop in emissions by 2035, but warns progress is dangerously slow

Global greenhouse gas emissions are expected to decline by 10% by 2035 compared to 2019 levels, according to a new United Nations report released on October 28. It's the first time the UN has forecast an absolute reduction in emissions.
