Does this viral video show torture in Venezuela?

A viral social media clip with over 17 million views claims to show torture at the hands of Nicolas Maduro’s regime, thus justifying US intervention there. The only problem is…it’s actually a scene from a Netflix film, though it's true that the movie was inspired by real events in the country -- and there are indeed credible reports of repression in Venezuela.
