Nick Reiner’s Attorney Abruptly Withdraws, Arraignment Delayed Until February
Nick Reiner’s attorney has requested to withdraw from the case, pushing his arraignment until Feb. 23 as the Public Defenders’ Office takes over.
Judge Theresa McGonigle approved lawyer Alan Jackson’s abrupt request to exit on Wednesday at what was supposed to be Nick’s arraignment for the December murders of Michele and Rob Reiner.
The 32-year-old’s court appearance — reportedly behind glass, per the AP — came two days after he was taken off suicide watch after his parents were found dead in their Brentwood home on Dec.
