'That's fraud right now!' Dem shouts down GOP hearing over Kennedy Center renaming

Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-MA) used a Republican hearing on alleged daycare fraud in Minnesota to express his outrage at what he said was the illegal renaming of the Kennedy Center.
