Flood warning issued for Sonoma County until Wednesday evening caused by persistent rain
Sonoma County is under a flood warning which was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 7:47 a.m. The warning is in effect until 6 p.m.
The NWS San Francisco CA says to prepare for, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues for areas near and downstream of Mark West Creek near Mirabel Heights.”
“Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
