Teenage girl ‘fell from back of ambulance’ onto busy motorway

A teenage girl rushed to hospital following an incident on the M6 motorway is believed to have fallen from the back of an ambulance.

Fortunately, she seems to have avoided serious injury in the mishap byLancashire yesterday evening.

But the southbound M55 slip road was closed leaving motorists facing delays of up to two hours while the emergency services dealt with the incident.
