Delhi HC-ordered demolition clears 36,000 sq ft encroachment near Turkman Gate; 32 JCBs, four Poclain machines deployed

Delhi Municipal Corporation officials conducted a major demolition drive near Turkman Gate. Heavy machinery was used to clear a banquet hall and dispensary. These structures were declared encroachments by the Delhi High Court. The operation took place overnight. The mosque itself remained unaffected. Authorities are working to clear remaining debris.
