Delhi HC directs Congress, AAP to remove posts linking Dushyant Kumar Gautam to Ankita Bhandari case

The Delhi High Court has ordered the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party to remove social media posts within 24 hours that linked BJP leader Dushyant Kumar Gautam to the Ankita Bhandari murder case. The court also restrained the parties from posting further content targeting Gautam as the alleged 'VIP' in the case, citing a prima facie case of defamation.
