Free tree seedlings available for NY schools, youth groups

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is accepting applications for the Colonel William F. Fox Memorial Saratoga Tree Nursery's School Seedling Program. Applications are open until March 27.
