Teachers' union sues Texas Education Agency over investigations into educators' Charlie Kirk posts

A Texas teachers’ union representing more than a million educators is suing the Texas Education Agency alleging, the state agency launched “unlawful” investigations into hundreds of public school employees accused of making inappropriate comments about the assassination of conservative activist and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk on social media.
