Questions raised over legality of US operation in Venezuela

In an address to House republicans ahead of the midterms, US President Donald Trump spoke of the 'amazing military achievement' in Venezuela following the US operation that led to the arrest of Nicola Maduro on January 3. But dissenting voices are raising questions about the legality of that operation, FRANCE 24's Andrew Hilliar says.
