Tottenham submit appeal to the FA in hopes of avoiding a suspension

Thomas Frank has now provided some clarity on Cristian Romero’s suspension situation following the FA’s charges after he was sent off in Tottenham vs Liverpool.

Tottenham Hotspur are set to have the services of Xavi Simons on Wednesday night when they take on Bournemouth in the Premier League, following the Dutchman’s completion of his three-game suspension.

That will come as a major boost to Spurs, who have struggled for creativity in their last three outings, which have seen them score a combined two goals.
