High surf advisory in place for Bay Area Shorelines for Thursday and Friday – waves up to 22 feet foreseen
Coastal North Bay including Point Reyes National Seashore, San Francisco Peninsula Coast and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast as well as San Francisco County are under a high surf advisory which was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 11:43 p.m. The advisory is valid from Thursday 1 a.m. until Friday Jan. 9, at 10 p.m.
