Rayagada collector bars officials from meeting for coming late

Rayagada Collector Ashutosh Kulkarni barred a dozen government officials from a public grievance meeting for arriving late. The collector's action aimed to reinforce punctuality and discipline among officials attending the weekly redressal session. Latecomers were made to wait outside while the meeting proceeded.
