Cuba says 32 nationals killed in U.S. attack on Venezuela, declares national mourning
Cuba said at least 32 of its nationals were killed during a U.S. military attack on Venezuela, prompting Havana to declare two days of national mourning.
In a government statement, Havana said the personnel “faithfully fulfilled their security and defense duties with dignity and heroism,” dying either in direct clashes with attackers or in bombardments of facilities.
