Cars24 acquires vehicle information management startup CarInfo in Rs 400 crore deal

This is the SoftBank-backed used car sales platform’s second acquisition in the past year, following its purchase of community platform TeamBHP in April 2025. According to sources, Cars24 is trying to add more frequent use cases, such as managing insurance renewals, getting pollution certificates issued and paying challans.
