Central Govt body continues construction during GRAP 3,4; NGT issues notice to CAQM

The National Green Tribunal has asked the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) and others to respond to allegations of ongoing construction by a government body despite GRAP restrictions. A plea claims the Centre for Development of Telematics continued demolition and construction for washrooms from November 22, 2025, without authorities taking action.
