Roshanara Club DDA action: Homeless slum-dwellers face winter's wrath

Anil Mandal and his family are among hundreds left homeless as their shanties near Roshanara Club were demolished. The Delhi Development Authority razed about 50-60 homes on January 2. Residents, mostly migrant labourers and florists, face the year's coldest winter with temperatures dropping. They are struggling to find shelter for themselves and their belongings, including plants crucial for their livelihood.
