Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama, Devin Vassell out vs. Trail Blazers

San Antonio Spurs star center Victor Wembanyama and guard Devin Vassell have been ruled out for Saturday's game against the visiting Portland Trail Blazers.

Wembanyama has been sidelined since sustaining a hyperextended left knee during San Antonio's 134-132 victory over the New York Knicks on Wednesday. An MRI on Thursday revealed no ligament damage for the third-year player, who did not travel to Indianapolis for the Spurs' 123-113 win over the Indiana Pacers on Friday.
