Tottenham have bid rejected for Destiny Udogie back-up amid £14.8m price tag

Tottenham Hotspur’s opening offer for a highly-rated 19-year-old has been turned down as they seek to find cover for Destiny Udogie.

It has been reported by Alasdair Gold that Tottenham want to reinforce the whole of the left side of the pitch across this transfer window and the next.

Destiny Udogie’s constant injury problems, allied with Ben Davies’ contract running out in the summer, mean that a new left-back is a necessity for the Lilywhites.
