Water contamination deaths: Indore commissioner shunted out, 2 officials suspended

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has ordered the removal of the Indore municipal commissioner. This action follows deaths caused by water contamination. Two senior officials have also been suspended. The government has categorized the situation as a public health contingency. Emergency measures have stabilized the situation. At least four deaths have been confirmed due to the contamination.
