'It was like seeing people run out of hell' when Crans-Montana fire broke out

As investigations into how the deadly blaze could have started in a Crans-Montana bar on New Year's Eve, testimonies are emerging about what they saw that night. At least 40 were killed and 115 others were injured, while many others are missing. Police are struggling to identify the victims due to the severity of the burns.
