Arugn Tech gets MIB nod to buy AION Capital's stake in Planetcast Media

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has approved Arugn Technologies’ proposal to acquire AION Capital’s stake in teleport operator Planetcast Media, paving the way for a change in ownership at the broadcast services firm. Arugn Technologies is a special purpose vehicle of Planetcast promoters Lallit Jain and Mahendra Nath Vyas.
