Man held for trying to smuggle liquor into Bihar

A man was apprehended by the RPF at Muri railway station on New Year's Eve with 38 bottles of liquor. Identified as Vindhayachal Singh, he was reportedly smuggling the alcohol to Rohtas, Bihar, a prohibition state. Singh claimed to have purchased the liquor in Jamshedpur and was awaiting a train.
