Noida hit-and-run: 2 bikers die after Scorpio rams them after argument; driver flees

Two youths, Basant Khatoo (22) and Rohan (20), died after their bike was hit by a Scorpio in Noida's Sector 37. Both residents of Nithari, they were returning from a friend's birthday celebration when the incident occurred. Police are investigating an alleged altercation prior to the crash, with the driver of the Scorpio having fled the scene.
