Woman Who Regrets Her Abortion: “I’m Sorry Baby Girl for Not Loving You Like God Wanted Me To”

Over the weekend I saw a link on Facebook to a blog entry that appeared, coincidentally, on my birthday. It was a reflection titled “My Other Daughter.”

I’d been alerted about the contents but otherwise would not have known initially that this was both a tribute to and a quiet plea for forgiveness from the child the woman had aborted at that point twenty three years before.
