Srimandir land settlement soon, says Odisha law minister

Odisha's law department is set to reform the uniform land policy to resolve land ownership disputes concerning the Puri Jagannath temple within six weeks. Amendments to the 2003 policy aim to evict encroachers and settle land with long-term servitor occupants, boosting temple revenue. Discussions also covered updating the 70-year-old Shri Jagannath Temple Act.
