East Bay Interior Valleys under a dense fog advisory until Tuesday morning – quarter mile visibility

On Monday at 9:51 p.m. the National Weather Service released a dense fog advisory in effect until Tuesday Dec. 30, at 10 a.m. for East Bay Interior Valleys.

The NWS San Francisco CA adds to be ready for, “Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.”

“Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive populations such as unhoused individuals. Prolonged exposure to the cold conditions will lead to hypothermia for people, pets, and livestock. Cold conditions may damage or kill sensitive crops...
