To the editor: TPS plan a model for collaboration

In “Stick to sound savings, TPS,” on Sunday, The Blade editorial applauds the proposed abolishment of the Toledo Pubic Schools-Toledo Federation of Teachers peer evaluation program, a process in which experienced accomplished teachers mentor and evaluate the performance of first-year intern teachers and experienced teachers who are deficient in their performance.
