Unnao rape case: SC to hear CBI plea against suspension of Kuldeep Sengar's life term on Monday

The Supreme Court will hear the CBI's plea challenging the Delhi High Court's order suspending expelled BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar's life sentence in the Unnao rape case. The CBI argues the high court erred in not considering Sengar a public servant under POCSO. The court will also hear a separate petition challenging the suspension.
