Tottenham learn £43.6m price tag for target forward after £27m bid was rejected

Tottenham Hotspur have found out how much they have to pay for a 19-year-old forward they have had their eye on for several months.

It continues to be widely reported that Spurs want to strengthen their forward line in the January window, and the Lilywhites reportedly have their eye on a young Brazilian, who is seen by many as a generational talent.
