A drunk driver in Bengaluru shocked onlookers when he drove his car with a biker stuck in front of the car for approximately half a kilometre. He was eventually stopped by other motorists who handed him over to the police. A police office told TOI that the driver failed an alcohol test and a FIR has been registered against him by the bike rider.
