Flood watch affecting Delta until early Friday evening triggered by heavy downpours

Delta is included in a flood watch released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 11:52 a.m. The watch is in effect until Friday Dec. 26, at 4 p.m.

The NWS Sacramento CA said, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.”
