Two people arrested on suspicion of murder after man dies on Christmas Day

A man was found dead after being fatally stabbed early this morning, police have said.

Emergency services attended an address on Burcot Avenue, Wolverhampton just after 3.30am.

Despite the intervention of paramedics, the man was declared dead at the scene.

Two men, aged 35 and 58, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

The home is cordoned off while enquiries continue.
