Industrial-logistics space demand hit record this year at 76.5 mn sq ft in 24 major cities

India's industrial and logistics sector saw record demand this year. Leasing volumes surged by 19 percent to 76.5 million square feet across 24 cities. Manufacturing led the uptake, followed by logistics and e-commerce. Tier-I cities experienced significant growth, with Delhi-NCR performing strongly. Tier-II and Tier-III cities also showed increased leasing activity.
