Flood advisory for Northern California until 3 a.m. Thursday caused by prolonged downpours
San Francisco and San Mateo counties are included in an updated flood advisory issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 1:03 a.m. The advisory is in effect until 4 a.m.
The NWS San Francisco CA said, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.”
